High Vibe Collective Terms of Service

Deposit, cancellation and missed appointment policy: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at time of booking to reserve your calendar dates. We guarantee to hold your spot, so the deposit and any payments are non-refundable. The remaining 50% is due two weeks before your retreat start date. Full payment is required if you book a retreat that begins within two weeks. If you have to cancel your retreat before it starts, you are entitled to reschedule for a later date in the future within 6 months. We do not offer refunds due to retreat cancellation at this time or for any other reason, but we do guarantee you the ability to reschedule your retreat within 6 months. Once your retreat begins, you are responsible for showing up on time to each session because we cannot guarantee make-up time. If you miss any session entirely, you forfeit the session altogether. If you are late to a session, you forfeit the time that you missed. During a retreat, if you want to make an alteration to the schedule or an alteration to the sessions themselves, there is a $100 fee per occurrence.
