What is your cancellation and missed appointment policy?

A deposit of 50% is required at time of booking to reserve your calendar dates. We guarantee to hold your spot, so the deposit is non-refundable. The remaining 50% is due two weeks before your retreat start date. Full payment is required if you book a retreat that begins within two weeks.

You can cancel your retreat as late as 2 weeks before it starts, in which case you are entitled to reschedule for a later date up to 6 months in the future. We do not offer refunds, but we do guarantee you the ability to reschedule your retreat up to 6 months in the future.

Once your retreat begins, you are responsible for showing up on time to each session because practitioners cannot guarantee make-up time. If you miss one of your sessions entirely, there will be a $150 convenience fee in order to reschedule the session.
